Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 75€. For orders under 75€, a shipping fee of 4.99€ will be applied. Standard shipping typically takes 5-14 business days, depending on your location.

‍International Shipping: We ship globally! International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

‍Satisfaction Guaranteed: We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

‍How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@societystore.net with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the returned items.

‍Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

‍Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you for shopping with us!
